Rory Laing Hi Glen in total i have got about 20 global credits and 8 normal credits should i carry on saving.? and 20 ships have arrived carrying 20 troops they were friendly and i now control them what should i do with them and the boats.?

Ewan Philip I landed a small force on the Isle of Man. There is a guy there at the moment and i'm not sure if he'll attack so I may need help fighting for it.

Andrew Wetmore Thanks! Having bunkers along the shore line sure helps. I took a look at the troop patterns on those Pacific islands, and I think you're right that that's the origin of the attacks.
Andrew Wetmore We need a bigger alliance to capture those islands. An ally of mine tried. Also, I am not sure that that's where the Orkneys problem is coming from. There may be another infection. My own thought is that any territory with a lot of unforitified shoreline is going to have a hard time.
Andrew Wetmore Yeah, a negotiated peace would be preferable to fighting over the Orkneys. They have too much coastline to be defensible in the long term without spending everything they would give your empire on bunkers.
Andrew Wetmore I have destroyed hundreds of resources on the Orkneys and have forced the guy to lock down hundreds of troops as coastal defense. I will keep poking at him to distract him. However, can you tell me what your definition of success is for this campaign? Pushing him off the mainland or destroying him completely? I would think you could offer him terms around now: give him a chance to take his troops off the mainland and put them somewhere far away, and in return you will end the attack on the Orkneys.
Andrew Wetmore Sending a first wave of about 100 troops now; more later once I have made a beachhead in the Orkneys. I will avoid attacking people named Mark.
Andrew Wetmore I will assemble some forces and send them north to the Orkneys. Tell Mark to identify himself to me and I will avoid colliding with him. There are several Marks in the game.
