Brandon Sherwin I refuse to allow you to build up in the Edinburgh area. Glen already has a big presence in the area, I don't need you to join him. Also, in Birmingham I'm surrounding Andrew, I have no plans to move any closer to the city centre in that area. I've been awaiting your reply, nothing more I could do but make ground until we've reached an agreement.

We can agree to something later on but I must let you know that any other attacks on alliance members will lead to a war, something I'm sure neither of us want.
Andrew Wetmore I beg your pardon. Was under the impression I was dealing with a different position. I have withdrawn from the node of cells near 5232,-156: feel free to conquer that whole southern node--since you will be conquering from me, you will not see a penalty in cell production. Let me know when you are done and we can set up an alliance.
